Enjoyable stay apart from the above mentioned

Pool,grounds & rooms. Downside was location distance from the town and unfortunately with the restaurant being closed in the hotel & nothing around the hotel it meant walking or taking a taxi into town so we could have a drink with our meal.

Having contacting the hotel by phone straight after booking the rooms to explain that both rooms had to be with twin beds on arriving we found although the rooms were next to each other one was a double bed. The receptionist did apologise & we were put into another room which was lovely but no where near our friends.

Very comfortable quiet room. Big rooms with fridge. Spotlessly clean. Pleasant staff.

Terrible restaurant- served vegetarian soup with ham in it, cold frozen chips and vegetables. No kettle in room

I needed a place close to Lorca for the night. I have stayed here before and I had no doubts about staying here again. The staff are very helpful and everything was what I needed. Perfect

I would just mention, this is not my case but to stay here it is far from the centre, a half hour walk to the city centre.

Shabby, not worthy of 4 stars!

The garden. Free parking. Clean room.

Awful location on an INDUSTRIAL ESTATE and a significant distance from Lorca centre. Traffic noise and people arguing outside at night. Restaurant food, according to the 'menu' is the same as the average Spanish bar... the main difference being the price... 10€ for a sandwich! Whilst the room was clean.. . the whole place is very shabby and very dated. It is popular with van drivers... that says it all if it were in England! How this place holds a 4 Star rating I do not understand. I should say, in support of the gardeners, thank you! You make the hotel's grounds very pleasant.

Good stay for 9 nights

Hotel's management is excellent at resolving issues between client and reception, I really would like to thank you! Breakfast is good, however some more various vegetables would improve the quality. Wifi is god, car parking is good as well.

Beds really need a replacement, cause over the years they become unconfortable and noisy. Apart beds, the hotel still maintains high level of comfort and quality.

The access to the spa is paying (spa is small and not worth 15€ for hotel members!) And the bathroom products were super bad (fluorescent colors and not smelling good at all!)

Fantastic buffet breakfast lovely spacious room and really interesting swimming pool and grounds. Hotels main business is probably conference and weddings

Breakfast was ok and had a decent meal on Sunday evening.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and everything was set up for several communions going on attended by hundreds of people with a lot of noise but the rest of the hotel was closed to paying guests so no bar, cafeteria, room service or anything until 8pm and this in a 4 star hotel. Maybe it's better during the week but after a full day driving was hoping not to have to go out again just to find somewhere open.

We had a wonderful stay - shame the weather wasn't as good!!

Very pleased with everything about the hotel and breakfast was amazing - one of the best breakfast choices we have found on our travels. Staff were very helpful and always smiling.

Location of the hotel was a little disappointing. It's sort of tucked into an industrial area, having said that, once inside it is very nice indeed and most comfortable. A little extra lighting in the bedrooms wouldn't go amiss though.

disappointing, never more

breakfast monotonous after a few days too far from center and no public transport

no coffee or tea facilities in the room - drinks vending machine at reception area out of order - bar only open at breakfast and dinner time (in part of reception area) and immediately closed afterwards - no restaurant - cafetaria next doors closed in the evening - little room for clothing in the room for 2 - no easy chairs in the double room -
